SPI Warranty Policy


This LIMITED SERVICE WARRANTY is extended to the original purchaser at the address originally delivered to for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Sensor Products Inc. will service any material of manufacturer’s defects without charge for parts or labor on equipment purchased. 


  1. Nicks, scratches and wear occurring from normal use.

  2. Equipment which has been abused or improperly cared for.

  3. Improper maintenance or modification.

  4. Software, parts or supplies not provided or supported by Sensor Products Inc.

  5. Operation outside the product’s specification.

  6. Unauthorized modification or misuse.

TO EXERCISE YOUR WARRANTY – Contact the technical service / warranty department, Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM (EST). State the nature of the service needed. In the event that a part is needed, a specific projection will be given of its availability. Merchandise will be exchanged only if it is deemed non-repairable by our service department. In the event that we can not offer merchandise to the specifications set forth in the purchase order, the purchaser is entitled to a full refund.

LIMITATIONS TO LIABILITY (to the extent allowed by New Jersey, USA law) – The remedies provided in this LIMITED SERVICE WARRANTY are the customer’s sole and exclusive remedies. In no event shall Sensor Products Inc. or its third party suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, ad hoc or any other legal theory and whether advised of the possibility of such damages.

This LIMITED SERVICE WARRANTY gives the purchaser specific legal rights and they may also have other rights which vary from state to state and/or country to country.

This FULL 12 MONTH LIMITED SERVICE WARRANTY is offered to ensure total confidence the purchase is with a reputable and reliable company.
