Summary:

This invention utilizes Fujifilm Prescale® or Pressurex® tactile pressure indicating sensor film, of Sensor Products Inc., in a pressure sensor device that it discloses, for sensing or confirming whether a preset pressure has been achieved during a high pressure process for sanitizing foodstuffs. Fujifilm Prescale® or Pressurex® tactile pressure indicating sensor film is present between a base and a sheet in the pressure sensor device of this invention and forms a colored product when a preset pressure is applied perpendicular to it.
